New dog to us-4 yro Pomeranian not house broken

Hello...Our family is new to the site and forum. We just purchased a 4 yo female Pomeranian from

a Breeder. She is not house trained. Do you recommend we follow the instructions you have for house breaking puppies?

We just brought her home today.

There are several options when it comes to potty training dogs and sometimes we need to take an individualized approach.

Where are you planning for her to permanently go potty? Always outside? Inside? or both?

Where was the breeder having her go potty? This is extra helpful so to help your Pom out. 

Do you know if the breeder had her crate trained?

Is she spayed?
