Aggression/biting owners after being trained with a prong collar

Our 7mo puppy (Female Australian labradoodle)has become aggressive toward us, lunging and biting unpredictably. The only thing we can attribute the change to is her return from board and train with a prong collar. Is it possible to get our sweet puppy back?

I am so sorry to hear that your pup's behavior has changed so drastically after doing a board and train where a prong collar was involved! 

It is difficult to predict how things will unfold not knowing exactly what happened during the training. 

What were the initial problems that prompted a visit to such trainer/trainers?

When was he picked up from board and training? How long has this been occurring?

Did the trainer provide any details of what was done during the board and train?

Have you reported the behavior changes to the trainer? 

When you claim he lunges and bites unpredictably, can you provide some information about what you were doing in all those instances or what was happening right before at that time? I know you said this happens unpredictably, but sometimes there may be little details that can provide an insight into what may be evoking the behavior. The more details, the better.
