brendanelson109 Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 Hi Adrienne Thank you for replying to my previous post so quickly. I don’t know why I couldn’t continue the thread. I suppose my real concern is that I don’t have a strong bond with my dogs because they want to chill with my husband and not. Is it something I will have to accept? From Brenda and her boys
Adrienne Farricelli Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 (edited) I wouldn't be too concerned about them choosing to chill with your hubby and seeking him out. Much more often, it happens that dogs for some reason are not very comfortable being about around one family member and that sure is a major problem. Likely, your hubby comes home just at the right time when they are in need for relaxing and they have had their load of fun and activities from you. Think of it like kids with stay-at-home moms who run to greet their dad and look forward to being around him for the rest of evening. I think if you were the one going to work and hubby took care of them most of the day, the same thing would happen. Edited September 5, 2018 by Adrienne Farricelli
