LOL, Gerties' like rolling her eyes thinking "The things I must put up with with this pup!" Esther looks a bit tense, head lowered, hovering on the toy, looking sideways, maybe sort of worried if she'll want it back, but a picture is just a frame in time. Good that you are monitoring, always keep an eye open. When one dog has a toy, the other will always want it (even if they have the exact same toys) and that alone can increase its value. I guess Gertie needs to learn how to scratch an itch with a toy in her mouth!

A flirt pole comes to mind for your pup, or the "treasure hunt" game. I read a bit about the Epagneul Breton and it seems they're great at agility and hunting. With agility I'm thinking he has energy and with hunting I'm thinking he would enjoy using his nose. The flirt pole would help get that energy out and is an excellent tool to train "leave" and "drop," which are two things a "thieving pooch" definitely needs a lesson in. Treasure Hunt Game
