Hi. I just saw in another post that andrienne has worked with Maremmas. Do you have any advice about a 10month maremma that is bored. He is an outside dog and I go out to play with him a few times a day but we have 4 little kids I can’t leave alone (other that at nap time) to go out with the dog (angus). he roams around but often starts to chew things and get into trouble because he seems bored. We also have to crate him when I take the kids out to play because he just get so excited and attacks them by biting their legs and knocking them down.
We considered getting a pet pig To keep him company and something he could guard since he is a LGD. We also will soon have chickens. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
