  3. Hello again My dog is 6 months now, totally house trained ( thank God). The way she shows to me that he needs to go is sitting next to the door and look at me. A month ago every time he did that it was to release himself but now he does that all the time. He wants to go for a walk and stay outside many times during the day. My husband runs with him every morning , my daughter plays with him many times during the day, I take him outside for walks. He is very active but keeps want to go outside ( not to pee or poop). What should I do? Ignore him when is not time to go outside? Thank you again Fabiola
  4. Please need help. My 4 months goldendoodle has been too protective of his food, he is very nice in all areas but that part. After putting his bowl down and if he thinks we are too close of the bowl he growls and gets mad. We already tried two steps like putting the food bowl on our lap while he eats and while he is eating we called him and give him a treat. Today was the worst, my daughter throw to him some treats and she went to get one that she thought he did not see and he bite her! Pleas please I need help to fix that.
  5. Hello Just got a puppy, he is 8 weeks. He is very sweet, comes on my lap, likes to be near me, plays a lot. I exercise him a lot every morning and Im already trying to start your training with him. Every time after his naps he wakes up very agitated and comes to play a little roughly, he wants to bite and nipping me and my daughter, especially her. I try to redirect giving him a toy,or I stop right away and go a little far from him, sometimes he understands but most of the time he leaves the toy and comes back with the bitting and nipping and he growls when I don't let him have that kind of attitude. When he wants something that he can't not have and I try to redirect and he doesn't accept I go to hold him and get him away from the thing and he growls and tries to bite me, not letting me hold him. After some time he stops and gets a toy and come near me. He most be tired? Would I be exercising him a lot for his age? I'm lost. Please help :what should I do when he has that kind of attitude? Thank you

  7. Hello Just starting reading and study your course and have a question. I understood the way you explain about waking up during the night to get the dog to pee outside. Before your course I research a lot about effective house training and many show that you can put a playpen around the cage and pads inside the playpen area and gradually start removing the pads until the puppy has more bladder control( JUST DURING THE NIGHT TIME), during the day do exactly what you teach. What do you think about that? Playpen and pads only during the night until your puppy bladder grows?? Thank you
