Hi my lab is nearly 2 yrs old, she is pretty good with most things but if she sees a dog within close proximity she pulls the hand off me trying to get to them, if the dog is on the other side of the street she does nothing it's just when she is passing other dogs. Any tips on what to do to stop this?

my dog was very bad for jumpong up on people now she has improved lots but if someone other than me is at the house/garden she jumps on them and if i stop talking to people on our walks she jumps at me while we are stopped. i have done the turn your back on the dog thing but she still jumps at your back. its awful if my friends are wearing clan clothes and then two muddy paws land on their back or front
