Sorry if this has been posted before, I looked a few pages and didn't see anything. We have a 4 month old Bernese mountain puppy and is learning well on some commands except the 'come when called' command. We have tried different things and nothing works from showing treats that we have for him if he comes in to getting a leash on him after he's been outside and did his business. We've waited a sufficient amount of time and even left the door open a little so he can come in when he's ready. When we say the command to come, Rex sits down and just looks at us as if to say 'nope not going to listen, come and get me' and when you do try to go up to him he starts bouncing like you're going to start to play. Please help! It's starting to get very frustrating and no one wants to the him out because he won't come in when you know he's finished doing his business. We're open to all ideas.
