Hi everyone! I am having issues getting my dog, Kitty, to train. She only seems to be interested in the treats. We have been working on the first lesson "Target" and after 2-3 tries she lays down and refuses to train anymore. She only wants the treats. Because of this we have only progressed through her touching her nose to my hand and learning the verbal command of Target.
Some info on Kitty: She is 3.5 years and a mix of some kind, the shelter wasn't really sure.
Any thoughts or recommendations would be much appreciated.
