She does. And yes it's free-fed; everyday she has 2 variations of food; the dry one and the canned (sometimes home-cooked meal/ raw if she get bored of the canned). She sometimes eats the left over cat food as well.
Side note: for the dry food, she eats when she feels like it (but I make sure it's provided).
For the first treat I got her, she only shows interest in a couple days (4 days maybe), the second treat lasted for a day. And this last treat I give her, she seems quite enjoy it, and it's been a week (fingers crossed).
The type of treats I bought her; the first one is dental stick treat (she used to like it, but she doesn't now), the second one is higher value kibble (she literally just eat it one or two bites then nothing), the last one is grilled liver flavor beef jerky (she seems like it, and she can perform the training quite well for the last couple days, but you know the fear is there because she might ditch it tomorrow).
Yes, I split it in tiny pieces. I give her a piece everytime she performs right.
